Milk Chocolate Nib Bar

A solid milk chocolate bar sprinkled with crunchy cocoa nibs.  The cocoa nib is the outer part of the cacao bean. Crushed it has a nutty, chocolately flavor.  The nib is like nature's unsweetened chocolate chip.

To make chocolate the cocoa beans are fermented and roasted. After the roasting process, the beans are crushed into nibs and then ground into a paste.  Chocolate makers then add more cocoa butter, sugar, and other ingredients to make the smooth, creamy chocolate we know and love.
