CHRISTOPHE PAUME IS AN ARTISAN, a third-generation French chocolatier, who grew up in his father’s pâtisserie in Toulouse, France.

Alongside his father, he learned the art of FRENCH PASTRY - CHOCOLATE - GELATO - DESSERTS - BREADS

Christophe attended CFA DE MURET and worked at ENTREMET DE FRANCE in Paris 

He worked at his family pâtisserie in Toulouse, France for 10 years and then moved to Montreal to work at PÂTISSERIE DE GASCOGNE and achieved his

Brevet de Maitrise - "Master in Pastry".
